A few weeks ago, I had the utter delight of being there to photograph and witness Michelle and Rob get married. It was a beautiful ceremony, and they both exchanged very heartfelt vows. I found it incredibly moving. Michelle, and Rob could be two of the most genuine people I have come across. These weddings are what dreams are made of.

In my job, I get to hear some pretty special and touching stories. I get to see people at the happiest time of their lives. I am blessed to be able to document memories for people. Not only huge, life defining moments, but tiny moments in the quiet. These people, must be some of my favourite I have photographed..
Remember this family?
Well not long after that session, Nick passed away. Almost 2 years later, to the day, I photographed them again. They all have been through so, so much. Much more than anyone let alone 2 young boys should have had to handle at such a tender age. But this is proof, slowly but surely you can survive, and somehow come out the other side. And Kath, my friend – you are an incredible woman.

This was my first wedding of the season this year. I packed my bags, the husband and the baby and flew down south for the occasion. The wedding was in Timaru, with the reception held in Temuka. It was a beautiful wedding, for some lovely lovely friends, Karen and Sean. I feel so honoured to have been there to share this special day with you and all of your family.
